Redeemed for a Cause Outreach is a survivor, woman, and minority led organization seeking to serve as a catalyst for trafficked women and girls to realize their intrinsic worth and true potential.
WHAT WE DO
Redeemed for a Cause Outreach provides services in their drop-in centers located in West Philadelphia (established 2018) and South Philadelphia (established 2020). These services include:
consistent outreach to victims, as well as drug dealers, gang members, and Johns
group workshops (adult literacy, job skills, mobile medical clinics, etc.)
individual and group counseling
crisis and case management
mental health screenings
basic needs care packages
preventive and safety workshops with at-risk youth
professional trainings on human trafficking for law enforcement, educators, and community leaders
access to an extensive network of support.
RFAC has strong partnerships with local shelters, schools, churches, sexual assault and domestic violence prevention programs, mental health services (organizations with a focus on trauma-informed care), housing programs, crime victim advocacy organizations, and addiction and treatment services.
